Overseeding grass seed
I was wondering if there are any suggestions on what type of seed is the best for overseeding in Hartford County CT? I have a fairly sunny area that is prone to drying out in the heat of the summer. The area is totally burnt out and infested with crabgrass .

Here is an answer from one of our organic landscapers:"I would suggest a blend of perennial rye, tall fescue and a little white clover in the mix. Set the mower blade at 3 inches in the spring and 4 inches in the summer to prevent burnout. Clover will help to bring back the nutrients in the soil and crowd out the crab grass.
